A man
as strong as a
rock
in the prime of
his life
enters into his
dark room.
He avoids
thinking of the world
and the people in
it.
But then ,
loneliness surrounds him like a good old friend.
So he looks
around
stares into his
abyss
and wishes
a bed of silence
a pillow of peace
a shawl of
comfort
and a tissue
paper , to wipe
his tears
and his grieving
heart.
(Farid Gul,
London)
