A Dream !

In the city of loneliness
at the narrow street's end
behind that wooden door
in a dim room
cloaked in silence
stands a quiet man.
He sings with his breathing heart a song of silence.
He whispers her name
thinking
that thousands miles away
ablaze with her scorching longing
his whispers are heard.

Deeply immersed in his thoughts
he tries to understand
the whole Psychology of an invisible world
and the characters in it.
Her whole existence stands in front of him
he smiles
coughs like an old man,
and breaks his silence, that
"his love is deeper than oceans", that
"his tears worth pearls and diamonds".
Poor girl blushes
points to his shoulders and says
“Oh,don't tell me lies"
"little angels write what we say!".
They broke into a big laughter
but then time stings them hard
he opens his eyes
smiles
and realises, that
it was only a dream within a dream!
